Frank Williams is the founder of Veloryx Technologies LLC, where he develops technology architectures spanning autonomous-system safety, artificial intelligence, secure and quantum-ready computing, public infrastructure, and digital evidence integrity.
His work focuses on practical systems designed to strengthen trust, accountability, resilience, human oversight, and defense as increasingly autonomous and interconnected technologies move into high-consequence environments. Technologies that stand out for AI Safety and Quantum computing safety software and hardware components.
A U.S. Army veteran who served as a member of an Anti-Terrorist Tactical Alert Team and a retired Deputy Sheriff, Williams brings decades of experience in security, threat awareness, public safety, and operational decision-making to his technology work. That background informs Veloryx's mission-oriented emphasis on security, accountability, resilience, human oversight, and real-world application.
